After purchase, we’ll send instructions to gather your project info:

• Room photos
• Existing floor plan with measurements (sketch, blueprint, or digital)
• Notes on how you live in the space and your goals

For 'by square feet' purchases, we'll also schedule your planning meeting.

Our design team will craft your layout, visuals, and selections based on the package you chose. Turnaround time begins after we receive your materials.

You’ll receive your complete design via email, including 2D plans, and 3D renderings (if included). Tier 3 packages include product sections, a 1:1 design presentation meeting and one complimentary revision.
