Compliance with our Design Process:


By selecting our services at Julie Jones Designs, you are agreeing to comply with our virtual design process. This process entails providing us with necessary information about your lifestyle and space, which will enable us to design your space to the best of our abilities. We kindly request that you reply to our information requests in a timely manner to ensure a smooth design experience.


Regrettably, if we do not receive a response from you within three months of our initial request for information, we will be left with no choice but to cancel your order without a refund. However, please note that before taking any such action, we will make five attempts to contact you via the email address you provided at purchase. We understand that occasionally our correspondence may end up in your spam folder, so we encourage you to check all folders for our messages. It is essential that you keep an eye out for our communication, especially if you have not heard from us within two business days of your purchase.

Important Notice Regarding Design Delays:


Our services and pricing may evolve over time. Therefore, all of our services have an expiration period of six months after purchase. After this period, the pricing and availability of our services may change.


With that in mind, we would like to inform you of our policy regarding design delays and appointment rescheduling. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, making it challenging to meet initial deadlines or attend appointments. However, after a period of six months following your purchase, if you have been unable to finalize the design or reschedule your appointment, we regret to inform you that your order will be canceled.
