Patio Makeover

What this includes:

• 30 min Discovery Meeting to discuss your property and needs.

• One technical floor plan of your backyard to scale.

• 3D Rendered images of your Backyard design

What to expect:

After communication, we will create an outdoor design to fit your needs and wishes. This can include the placement of patios, pathways, outdoor kitchens, playgrounds, pool decking (no pool design), hardscaping, and turf areas. We will also include a 3D rendering of your backyard design showing at least 3 angles.

This purchase does not include sourcing of exterior building materials or plant/tree/grass sourcing of any kind. We will show suggested outdoor material types, colors, and finishes in your 3D renderings.

Once finished, your designer will send your plans and renderings with a detailed explanation of our decisions via email.

Current turn around time for our Backyard Design services is 10-12 weeks. Discovery meeting will be scheduled between weeks 8-10.

All sales are final.

Our Patio Makeover Service is for existing patios and porches under 600 square feet. If you are over, please purchase more than one patio makeover or see our Backyard Design service.

What this includes:

3. Product sourcing for furniture and decor only (No exterior materials)

4. 30 minute Design Meeting

What to expect:

Much like our interior Room Makeover Service, your designer will space plan, curate products, and create a patio visual based on your needs. Your designer will then present your design plan face-to-face via Google Meet, receive any feedback, and adjust their design if necessary. All deliverables will be sent via email after your meeting.

All sales are final.

What this includes:

• One visual of your home’s exterior facade only (choose how many sides from the drop down)

• One revision included after delivery

What to expect:

After email communication to discover your needs, we will create a new visual of your homes exterior facade. This can include painting, applying external materials, roofing color, new windows and doors, etc.

This purchase does not include product or materials sourcing, however, we will do our best to use exterior materials that should be available to you. This purchase does not include plant or tree selection, but we may recommend green areas for visual appeal.
