Space Plan by Room
Prices are variable for each use of space.
What this includes:
Email communication only to discuss spatial needs.
Space plan sent via email with explanation of our decisions. Kitchen and Bath plans will include elevations where needed. There is currently an estimated 8-10 week turn around for space planning services after we receive client information.
All Sales Final.
What to expect:
Along with pictures of your space, we will require an existing floor plan with clear dimensions noted. This can be a digital drawing, current home plans, or sketched by you!
Communication will take place after purchase via email to discuss your layout needs.
Once completed, we will send all space plans via email (CAD documents converted to JPEG or PDF)

This purchase does not include furniture sourcing (size recommendations will be on the plans). If you would like a space plan with sourcing, please consider purchasing a room makeover. If you decide you would like a room makeover after your space plan is started or delivered, your purchase cannot be applied to a room makeover upgrade.
This purchase does not include a consultation phone call or media post. If you would like to discuss your home plans to gain Julie’s perspective without deliverables, please consider purchasing a design consultation where that can be the topic of discussion.
